How to Extend My Email Credits
You can send up to 2,000 emails, this limit is refreshed at the beginning of each month. If you have exceeded this limit, you can purchase additional email credits:
- Navigate to the Manage Plan tab in your Dashboard.
- The Credits Used This Month section tells you how many emails you have used out of the limit of 2,000.

Must I register as a pro user to build and maintain a full artwork archive?
No, artwork archive and inventory are always available, on Free and Pro plan. Learn more about uploading artworks and managing your Portfolio.
Must I register as a pro user to access mail contact and newsletter features?
On Free plan, you can start collecting subscribers can create emails. To send emails, you will need to upgrade to Pro plan. Once upgraded, you have 2,000 email credits and various scheduling options.
How can I get more credits if I run out?
You can purchase additional credits at $10 for 200 credits. Your purchased credits do not expire and can be used anytime after your monthly credits are depleted.
Will my credits roll over if I don’t use them?
No, the leftover of 2,000 credits do not carry over to the next month, but instead, it resets. You will have new $2,000 + any additional credits you have purchased.
What is the Pro white glove shipping?
All artists selling on Cohart will receive shipping support from Cohart team. On Pro plan, you are also entitled to prioritised support from Cohart—acting like a studio manager—who will help you with 1-1 call and email communications.
