Below are steps that you can follow to define your Cohart persona.
Step 1: Create an account
- Download the Cohart app on iOS / Android, or visit our website.
- Create an account using your email address, Google, or Apple account.
Step 2: Are you buying or selling?
You will be prompted to select whether you are joining to "Buy and collect art," "Share and sell art," or "Just exploring." This will help us provide the best experience tailored to you.

- If you select "Buy and collect art," you will become a
Collectoron Cohart, and will get access to personalized tools including inventory and private views management. Learn more about the tools of a collector here! - If you select "Share and sell art," you will become an
Artiston Cohart, and will get access to personalized tools including inventory management, sales tracking, and the ability to showcase your collectors and testimonials. Learn more about the artist tools here! - If you are not yet sure, that's also okay! Select "Just exploring" to start using Cohart and engage with the community via Moments.
- When ready, you can still define your persona by going to your Menu → Account to learn more about each persona on Cohart, and select the one suitable for your needs.

Identifying as an artist

As a collector, you'll be able to:

Identifying as an advisor
You’ll be able to access exclusive tools for advisors that help you manage your community and business. Once registered, you can:
- Create invoices Generate secure payment links and easily split commissions
- Build private views Curate interactive selections of art for your clients
- Manage community Stay connected with your global network
