The standard shipping timeframe is typically one week, although it may vary based on the destination. Please keep in mind it can take a few days for the artist to prepare and package your work before it ships.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your artwork has shipped, we will provide tracking information via email so that you can monitor your shipment.

What if I believe the artwork is inauthentic?

We meticulously authenticate each artwork and artist in our collection. If you have any inquiries or suspect an error, please contact us immediately.

I received my order but it's in a different condition than expected. What do I do?

My order was canceled. Can I still buy the item?

In the event of a cancellation stemming from availability constraints, please collaborate with one of our advisors to explore alternative artwork options. We will also proactively reach out to you as soon as a new piece becomes accessible from the same artist.

Your order may have been canceled for several reasons, including issues related to item availability or payment failure. We recommend reaching out to our support team at support@cohart.com for further assistance and clarification.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. Let us know within 48 hours if you’d like to initiate a return.


Please coordinate with our customer support team to facilitate the repackaging of your item and to arrange a return shipment. We are pleased to cover the expenses associated with the return shipping for your convenience.

How long do I have to start a return?

You have 48 hours to start a return.

Are there fees associated with returning the artwork I purchased?

There are no fees associated with returns, and we cover the cost of return shipping.

What items are not eligible for return?

All works are eligible for return.

When will I receive the refund after the return has been processed?

Upon receipt of the item, which typically takes 5-7 business days (in accordance with standard bank processing times), we will promptly inform you when the refund has been processed.

Is my purchase eligible for a refund?

You may return your purchase for a full refund. Let us know within 48 hours if you’d like to initiate a return.
