Becoming a verified artist allows you to unlock your Portfolio and begin selling directly to buyers on Cohart. Verified artists get a badge on their profiles to help buyers build confidence. Their visibility is boosted across the network.
Complete your Cohart profile
- Create your Cohart profile by signing up to Cohart.
- Upload a profile photo – we recommend a high-resolution headshot or artist photo.
- Claim a username (it will be your unique URL) – for example, your first and last name, or your artist or brand nickname.
- Add your address information – This helps streamline transactions (not visible publicly).
- Enhance your profile (recommended) – Add a bio, connect your social accounts, and share your Portfolio link across your channels for maximum visibility.

Add artwork to your profile
- Upload at least 1 artwork to your profile. Include materials, mediums, dimensions, year of creation, and price if the work is available for sale.
- We recommend including at least 4-5 artworks for sale and available for interested collectors.
- You can also upload works that are sold or not available for sale to show your audience what has resonated with past collectors.
