1. Invite via Menu
Navigate to your Dashboard, find the "More" option in the bottom left corner, and select "Invite My Collectors."
2. Invite via Uploading
When using the Artwork Uploading flow, if the artwork is sold, you can enter the collector's name or invite them. The invitation is sent once the artwork has been uploaded.
3. Invite via Adding a Collector
Go to your Community's Collectors tab and click the Add a collector button in the top right. Select an existing artwork, then enter the collector's name or invite them. The invitation is sent when you submit this form.
4. Invite via Adding a Sale
Visit your Sales tab and click the Add a sale button in the top right. Select an existing artwork or upload a new one, enter the sale's price and date, and add the collector's name or invite them. The invitation is sent when you submit this form.

Why should I invite my collector to join Cohart?
At Cohart, we believe in the power of community to provide artists with appreciation, support, and ultimately sales. By inviting your previous collectors to Cohart, you're enhancing your profile, boosting your credibility with future buyers, and contributing to the growth of our creative community.
What happens after I invite my collector?
After sending an invitation, a new record appears in your "Collectors not on Cohart" list. The collector receives an invitation email at the address you provided.
What happens when my collector joins?
When a collector joins via your invitation, you'll receive a mobile push notification and an email update with a link to their account.
The collector is moved to your "Collectors on Cohart" list, and counted toward your total number of collectors in your profile and Storefront.
You and the collector will automatically follow each other, and you will receive $10 credit to be used towards purchases on Cohart.
If the collector was invited via the “Invite My Collectors” option in Menu, the collector will not show up in your “Collectors on Cohart” list, but you can still find them in the “Followers” list!
What perks will my collector receive for joining?
If your collector joins through your invitation, they'll be instantly showcased on your profile as a verified collector. Both you and your collector will receive Cohart support for your future sales together. Additionally, your collector will gain access to a Cohart-exclusive digital Certificate of Authenticity when they make a next purchase.

Can I change the email address for the collector's invitation?
You can't change the email address after sending an invitation, but you can send a new invitation to a different email address.
Why can't I link a collector to a multiple-quantity artwork?
Currently, you can't edit a multiple-quantity artwork after one unit has been sold. This includes manually adding collector information.
