What to Expect
Once you share your contact list, our team will:
- Review your file
- Format contacts for compatibility with Cohart
- Upload your list into your Contact Management dashboard
- Preserve additional information where possible
Your contacts will be ready to use for tagging, follow-ups, and email campaigns as soon as the migration is complete.
What We Need From You
We support bulk uploads and will handle the formatting on our end.
Our system supports the following fields:
- Name
- Email address (email is the only required field)
- Phone number
- Notes
If your contact list includes additional fields (ex. location, source, collector type), we’ll preserve that information by consolidating it into the Notes field.

Where Your Contacts Appear
Once uploaded, all contacts will appear in your Contact Management Dashboard.
From there, you can:
- Group contacts by fair, interest, or category
- Prepare for newsletters or announcements
- Export your list anytime (subscription feature)
Contact Privacy
A few important things to note:
- Your contacts are private and fully owned by you
- Cohart never uses your list for outreach
- You remain in full control of your data at all times
Timeline
Migrations are handled in the order in which they are received. Depending on the size and format, please allow up to 1 week to complete your migration request.
